Where’s my card?
We know a card is often needed for a very specific day. Here is the quickest way to check on your order.
Check your confirmation email
Your order confirmation confirms that payment has gone through. Once your cards are on their way, we'll send a dispatch update to the email address used at checkout.
Dispatch timing
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched that working day. Orders placed later, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
