These terms set out the practical basis on which Alice & Alan supplies products through this website.
Products and prices
Product descriptions, availability and prices are shown in pounds sterling. We may correct obvious errors and update the range or prices before an order is accepted.
Orders and payment
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or order information needs checking.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch cut-offs and Royal Mail options are described on our delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns and problems
See our returns page for help with damaged, incorrect or unwanted items. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
